For the exclusive purpose of the 2025 Cleburne ISD School Bond campaign being managed by the political action committee, All in for Cleburne ISD, I hereby grant permission to the rights of my image, likeness and sound of my voice as recorded on audio or video tape without payment or any other consideration. I understand my image may be edited copied and exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears or my voice is used.

By signing this release I understand this permission signifies that photographic or video recordings of me may be electronically displayed via the internet or otherwise in a public setting, and may be used for not-for-profit or commercial purposes including illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, trade or any other purpose deemed necessary by the committee for use in the 2025 Cleburne ISD School Bond promotional campaign.

by signing this form, I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby.

I hereby warrant I am full age and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read the above authorization, release, and agreement, prior to it execution, and I am fully familiar with the contents of this document. this document shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

If this release is obtained from someone under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian's signature is required.

I hereby warrant that I am a legal competent adult and a parent or legally appointed guardian of the minor, and I have every right to contract for the minor and I have every right to contract for the minor in the above regard. I state further that I have read the above authorization, release, and agreement, prior to its execution, and I am fully familiar with the contents of it, and expressly agree with its terms. This release shall be binding upon the minor and me, and our respective heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
